A couple of years ago, a relative (drug narcologist) gave me a recipe for a cocktail that has been helping me since then after a stormy evening. You will need five components.
Ginger. It helps fight nausea. I throw three slices of fresh ginger root into 0.5 liters of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, filter.
Orange juice. In a decoction of ginger, pour 1 tbsp. juice. It gives energy and accelerates the removal of toxins from the body.
Acetylsalecylic acid. In a mixture of juice and ginger, I add one or two tablets of a soluble remedy (for headaches, to thin the blood and improve blood circulation).
Vitamin B. If you drink too much in the evening, the liver has a hard time. To help her, I add an ampoule with a solution of vitamin B for injection to the cocktail.
Powder for the preparation of saline solutions. One pharmaceutical sachet is enough. This component replenishes the supply of electrolytes in the body and restores the water-salt balance.
I mix the resulting mixture well and gradually drink it all (in small portions every 15 minutes). Of course, the pleasure of the drink is doubtful, but the condition is noticeably improving.
If you don’t have the strength to make a cocktail, a contrast shower, cabbage pickle, still mineral water, kefir or chicken broth will help.
