Recently I cooked pasta in a hurry, so to speak, added a few simple and affordable ingredients, it turned out very tasty, my husband even said that he had not eaten tastier. The next day he asked me to make them again. No sooner said than done!
I share with you my simple but very tasty recipe)
I threw pasta into boiling salted water, I had “scallops”. While they were cooking, I put a jar of stew on the pan, lightly fried it, then added champignons cut into four parts to it and fried the stew and mushrooms together.
After that, she drained the water from the boiled pasta, washed them a little and put them in a pan with stew and mushrooms. I mixed everything, added a little vegetable oil and vegetable seasoning. I fried everything together for five minutes, no more.
Then I remembered that I had a piece of cheese left, rubbed it on a coarse grater and sprinkled pasta with it, mixed everything and sprinkled with fresh chopped dill.
