This is an ideal dinner option: you will not starve, and thanks to carrots, digestion will improve and metabolism will be restored.
INGREDIENTS
- 330 g carrots
- 4 eggs
- 60 g sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- salt to taste
Although I have no problems with the figure, I cook carrot salad with eggs very often. Usually I don’t weigh the ingredients, but I take 3-4 medium carrots and 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream for cooking. Salad is designed for 3-4 servings.
COOKING
- Peel the carrots and grate it on a coarse grater.
- Hard-boiled eggs can be cut into cubes or grated.
- Add minced garlic and salt. If you don't like garlic, use whatever spices you like.
- Mix it up and have dinner!
This is a basic recipe, but if you wish, you can add sesame seeds, pumpkin or flax seeds, apples, radishes, raisins, grated cheese, boiled meat. The taste is only getting better.
