Ingredients:

    flour - 600 g 300 ml of sour milk (any), 2 tsp dry yeast, 1 egg (protein - in the dough, yolk - to lubricate the top), 100 g butter or spread, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1-2 tsp grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt,

For filling:

    400 g fruit, pitted 3-5 tbsp sugar (depending on the acidity of the fruit); 2 tbsp. powdered sugar for sprinkling the cake;

Preparation: Mix sour milk with whipped protein and melted butter, then add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, zest, dry yeast, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Gradually add flour and knead soft and elastic dough. Put in a warm place for 1 an hour, in the process we knead a couple of times. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts - 2/3 and 1/3. We form a round cake from the most part and put it in a pan, forming sides from the dough, put the fruit on top and sprinkle them evenly with sugar. on top of the fruit we lay a lattice of dough in the form of rays of the sun, formed by bundles.
