Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp.
l. refined sunflower oil - 1.5 tbsp.
wheat flour - 1 tsp
baking powder - 80 g sugar
- 3 tbsp.
l. sour cream - 1 pc. chicken eggs
Cooking:
From this amount of ingredients, I got 20 cookies.
Step 1
To make cookies, we need flour, sugar, one egg yolk, sour cream, sunflower oil, baking powder.
Step 2
Separate the protein from the yolk, we only need the yolk. Beat the yolk with sugar and sour cream.
Step 3
Pour in sunflower oil, continuing to beat.
Step 4
Sift flour with baking powder, knead the dough by hand. At the end of kneading, it should come off your hands.
Step 5
We roll a “sausage” with a diameter of 3-4 cm from the dough, cut it into pieces 1 cm thick, roll the pieces into balls and flatten them into cakes.
Step 6
I wanted to get creative and see if the pattern stays when baking. I applied the drawing with a meat hammer, pressing lightly to get a print.
Step 7
We put the pan on the smallest fire and heat it up. Put the cookies in a dry frying pan and bake for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. The edges will be soft when hot, this is normal.
Step 8
Remove the cookies from the pan and let cool, after which they can be served with any drinks.
