Ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
Sugar (optional) - 2-3 tbsp.
l. Flour - 1-1.5 cups
Butter - 3 tbsp.
l. Sour cream - to taste
Salt - 1 pinch
Cooking:
Wipe homemade cottage cheese.
Add eggs, sugar (optional), melted butter, salt and mix well.
Then pour the sifted flour into the resulting mass and knead the curd dough.
Place the dough on a floured board and cut into 2 equal pieces.
Roll each part in the shape of a thin sausage, flatten slightly, cut into small pieces.
Dip lazy dumplings in salted boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
Serve with sour cream.
