original zucchini recipe

Today I am preparing a wonderful dish, with this dish I recently surprised, in a good way, my guests. It is prepared very simply, it turns out very tasty and unusual.

One large chicken fillet (300 gr) cut into small pieces.

Zucchini must be cut arbitrarily. It can be in circles, you can grate it for Korean carrots, or just cut it thinly, but I will use a spiral cutter.

To make it convenient for me to stir in the pan later, I will cut the long spirals a little.

Let's start roasting. I heat the frying pan well, pour vegetable oil. And I send the chicken breast to fry.

Fry over high heat, stirring, until the chicken breast changes color.

Salt, add black ground pepper and add a couple of cloves of garlic, I finely chopped the garlic beforehand.

I add zucchini to the chicken breast.

Fry for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

I send grated processed cheese and 80 ml of hot milk to the blender bowl.

I don't forget to salt. And beat with a blender until smooth.

Zucchini with chicken breast is already fried enough, I don’t salt the zucchini, there will be enough salty sauce. Add sauce to zucchini, mix ...

And the final touch: I add oregano. Mix again and you are ready to serve.

It's so delicious that we ate it all at once! Zucchini opens up in a whole new way in this delicious creamy sauce.
