Cabbage fritters will replace squash fritters that are already boring by the end of summer

They are very easy to prepare, budget, available during any time of the year and at the same time very tasty. And the aroma of cabbage during frying will definitely make everyone run to the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage -600g.

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Bulb -1 pc.

Flour - 2 tbsp. (70gr)

Eggs -2 pcs.

Vegetable little - for frying

COOKING METHOD

Cabbage 600 grams chop into strips. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and lower the cabbage, cook from the moment of boiling for 3-5 minutes, depending on what you want to get crispy or soft cabbage. I like softer so I cook for 5 minutes.

You can simply pour cabbage with boiling water, close the lid and leave for 10 minutes. Drain the cabbage in a colander and let it drain well. During this time, cut the onion into cubes, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion over low heat until soft and light golden.

Put prepared cabbage in a bowl, add onion, 1 tsp. salt, black pepper to taste, put 2 tbsp. flour with a small slide, by weight 70 grams and break 2 eggs.

All mix the dough is ready.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up. We put the dough with a spoon as on pancakes and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Very tender and very tasty, you can serve just with sour cream. I know you will say that this is harmful, but I could not help but share this recipe, because I really love such cabbage pancakes and I really hope that the recipe will come in handy for you too.
