Cottage cheese 250 gr.

We break the eggs into the dishes, where we will prepare all the dough.
The secret of this cake is that we prepare the dough without turning off the blender / mixer.
Beat the eggs until foamy, then without turning off the mixer, add sugar and try to beat until the sugar dissolves. Then add melted butter at room temperature, continue beating for 5-6 minutes. to a homogeneous mass. Then add cottage cheese and beat it until smooth, until a thick mass.
After we add a little bit of flour (2-3 tablespoons), we mix it into the dough with a blender. After we add soda slaked with vinegar and interrupt for 2-3 minutes.
After adding vanilla and the remaining flour and mix until smooth, the dough itself should turn out thicker than sour cream. Then add the last ingredient - raisins and mix it with the dough.
We take a special mold for cupcakes, grease it with vegetable oil and pour all the dough into the mold.
Let it breathe for a couple of minutes.
After we send it to the oven preheated to 200 C, when baking, lower it to 160 C, cook for 40-45 minutes.
When serving, decorate with powdered sugar.
