Delicious homemade sausage in the oven and without casing

Recipe:

Pork shoulder 600 gr

Salo 300 gr

Onion 1 pc

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Salt pepper

Finely chop: meat, lard, onion and garlic. You need to cut them very finely with a knife. A blender or a meat grinder will not work.

We shift all the chopped ingredients into a separate container, where it will be convenient to knead, like dough.

Salt, pepper and knead with your hands, like dough, for about 15 minutes, then the sausage turns out to be very tasty.

Now, the finished "meat dough" is divided into 4 equal parts. We take one of the parts, put it in foil, fold it into a sausage, pinching it with the foil itself, and then we fold this sausage into foil, and wrap the sides like a candy. From the norm that is indicated in the ingredients, 4 large sausages are obtained.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

In a baking sheet covered with foil, put our sausages, fill them with water to the middle and send them to the oven for 30 minutes.

After carefully remove the foil - and you can serve!
