The filling is juicy - juicy!
Ingredients:
beef - 500 grams,
green onions - 100 grams,
onions - 2 heads,
oyster mushrooms - 300 grams,
Suluguni cheese - 300 grams,
a pack of butter,
a glass of milk,
a pack of dry yeast,
an egg,
flour - about 2.5 - 3 glasses.
Cooking:
Finely chop meat and green onion. Fry the meat until half cooked, separately oyster mushrooms and onions until golden brown.
For the dough: pour a glass of warm milk into a saucepan, add a pack of dry yeast, an egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of sugar, a pack of butter.
Mix everything and add flour. Knead the dough to a soft consistency and knead until the flour stops sticking to your hands. Lay the rolled out dough neatly in a baking dish, greased with butter.
Then we put the meat, mushrooms and onions.
Salt and pepper each layer. Grate cheese and mix with finely chopped herbs.
We grease the edges of the dough with an egg and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
