I want to offer a recipe that helps, at least for me, to improve the functioning of the pancreas and liver.

In the evening I take a glass of kefir or curdled milk. You can add a teaspoon of sorbitol. I put a full tablespoon of buckwheat flour there.

I stir and leave to stand overnight. In the morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of water, and after 15 minutes kefir with flour. The procedure is carried out for a month, then a month - a break. However, personally, I have been drinking all the time lately. It helps me because I feel good.

In any case, the gastrointestinal tract is now working much better than before. Try it. My prescription cannot bring harm, but it may help.

Buckwheat flour is easy to make. I grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder or in a mixer, and the flour is ready. Of course, first the cereal must be washed well, and then dried in the oven or in a frying pan.
