It’s just unrealistically delicious ... I made it for my husband’s birthday, so not a single guest left without asking for the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Ryazhenka 2.5% 150 g;
- Water 50 ml;
- Baked milk 150 g;
- Gelatin 10 g;
- Chicory 1 tsp;
- sugar (or its substitute) - to taste
- Dilute chicory in boiling water.
- Dissolve gelatin in an incomplete glass of milk. Turn on a slow fire, and stir constantly, bringing to uniformity.
- Mix gelatin with chicory drink.
- As soon as the mixture has cooled, pour in the fermented baked milk, and pour in the sugar (sugar substitute), mix thoroughly.
We pour into forms. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour, until completely solidified.
It turned out just delicious. I usually decorate this dessert with a sprig of mint. Looks just great.
