Very tasty, unusual salad of ordinary beets. A couple of ingredients and the beets will sparkle with a new taste! My family loved this salad and now I cook it much more often. And besides, no holiday is complete without this salad.
Beetroot is a very healthy vegetable and should be eaten more often. By the way, I like it even raw, sometimes I really really want it .... Several times a week, beets are a must in our diet.

Beets must be boiled in advance. I usually boil several tubers at once and use them for several days. Therefore, boiled beets are almost always in my refrigerator.
I clean the beetroot and rub it on a coarse grater.
I shift the beets into a deep plate (where I will cook the salad).
On a fine grater I rub hard cheese and add to the beets.
I also rub the garlic on a fine grater and add it to the salad. You can use a press or grind with a knife, do as you prefer.
I pour raisins with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes so that it becomes soft and steamed well.
