Ingredients for omelet poulard:
4 eggs;
butter;
salt to taste.
Let's start cooking:
1. Divide four eggs into yolk and protein.
2. Salt the yolk and protein to taste. Mix the yolk with a fork until smooth. Whisk the egg white to stiff peaks.
