Calluses are the most hated enemies of women. Although this problem also affects men, women's feet are more often affected by uncomfortable shoes. Fortunately, this problem can be easily eliminated if you follow our advice.

Calluses usually appear if a woman wears the wrong size shoes, if her feet are sweaty, or even just standing for a long period of time. Luckily, a few proven tricks will finally take the pain out of you.

Stretching with ice:

  1. Find two strong plastic bags, preferably with zippers.
  2. Place the bags inside the shoes and pour water into them. Water should fill the entire interior of the shoe.
  3. Tie (zip) the bags. Check that water is not leaking anywhere.
  4. Put the shoes in the freezer for 10-12 hours, overnight.
  5. After the specified time, remove the shoes, wait half an hour for the water to thaw a little and remove the bags from the shoes.

Now they are guaranteed not to reap.

Plastic bottles

Ordinary plastic bottles will help stretch new shoes a little, just wrap them in soft towels. Put your makeshift plastic feet inside your shoes and leave them overnight. You will be amazed by the result in the morning.

Socks

New boots are clean, so why not wear them all day at home to let them stretch on their own. Also, you can wear a pair of thick socks to protect yourself from pain and break in your new shoes faster. For even more effect, heat the shoes with a hair dryer to make the leather softer and stretch faster.

Right size

You can always try to avoid tight shoes if you get the right size. The trickiest of tips is to go shopping late at night. Your feet get tired after a long day at work and tend to swell when you move. If you are comfortable wearing shoes with swollen feet, then your normal size will be even more appropriate.

Healthy feet without calluses are always beautiful, so you need to take care of them. Choose the right shoes carefully and you will never feel that annoying pain again.
