This pastry is unlike any other!

When I first saw this cake, I thought it was a honeycomb! A very unusual-looking cake, as it turned out, it is also incredibly tasty!

Be sure to cook this Moldavian dish and conquer all your guests and loved ones with it!

Grandmother nyagre - that's what they call him in his homeland, in Moldova. The black dessert is unlike any other pastry, so don't be too lazy to make it today!

Required products:

10 eggs
200 ml sunflower oil
400 g flour
500 ml milk.
1 st.
l. soda 2 tbsp.
l. breadcrumbs 300 g sugar
250 ml kefir
25 ml vodka
PREPARATION

In a large bowl, sift flour with baking soda. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Mix.

Slowly pour in kefir, and then milk. We beat everything with a mixer.

Separately, beat the eggs and add the eggs while stirring into the dough. Then add vodka.

Prepare the utensils for baking babka. A container with a thick bottom and sides is ideal (you can use a goose or a cauldron).

First you need to grease the dishes with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then pour in the dough.

We preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the grandmother for an hour and a half. After we remove the temperature to 100 degrees and bake for another hour and a half.

Ready!

This grandmother turns out to be fabulously beautiful, moderately sweet with the taste of iris. It's impossible to get away from her!
