Pickled onions for barbecue, salads and just eat with bread

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 bulbs
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. vinegar
  • 5 st. l. vegetable oil
  • 2-3 tsp Sahara
  • Bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • dry parsley and dill
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Onion cut into rings or half rings
  2. We put the chopped onion in a glamorous dish. Add dry parsley and dill. Next is the bay leaf. Next is sugar. Pepper (salt to taste). Fill with vinegar.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Next, fry our garlic in vegetable oil.
  5. Until golden on all sides.
  6. Pour our onion with boiling oil (this will bring down the bitterness), then remove the garlic from the onion, you can leave it as you wish and mix well again.
  7. The onion is ready, transfer it to a jar and store it in the refrigerator

The onion turns out to be very tasty, you can sprinkle it with a chop and add it to a salad, or you can just eat it with fresh bread!
