The tangerine peel contains essential oil, phytoncides, carotenoids, vitamins, antioxidants and other valuable substances.
1. With flatulence, dysbacteriosis.
Grind the dried peel of tangerines in a coffee grinder and add to cottage cheese, porridge, and other dishes 1 teaspoon per serving.
2. With bronchitis.
2 tbsp. spoons of chopped dry peel, pour 1.5 cups of boiling water, keep on low heat for 5 minutes, insist under the lid for an hour, strain. Take 0.5 cups of warmed infusion 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals.
3. With a dry cough for better sputum discharge.
2 tbsp. spoons of crushed peel pour 1 glass of vodka, leave for a week in a dark place, strain. Take 20 drops of tincture in a glass of water 3 times a day before meals.
4. For colds, flu, coughs, take inhalations.
Pour a handful of finely chopped mandarin peel with boiling water in a vessel with a narrow opening, breathe in the steam for 10-12 minutes. After the procedure, do not go out into the cold for an hour.
5. With fungal infection of the toenails.
Rub the nail plates with mandarin peel 2 times a day.
6. With fatigue, frequent nervous tension, stress.
Place the finely chopped mandarin peel in a cotton bag approximately 10 × 7 cm in size, keep it in a plastic bag, remove it from the bag if necessary, place it in front of you and inhale the aroma for 15 minutes.
7. With insomnia, nervous tension, high blood pressure, palpitations.
Pour 1 cup of fresh chopped peel with 3 liters of boiling water, bring to a boil again, leave for an hour under the lid, strain and squeeze the raw materials. Pour the infusion into the bath. Take warm baths (37-38 degrees) for 15 minutes, an hour before bedtime, every other day.
