The salad is light and at the same time quite satisfying. You can say a lighter version of meat salad.
I will prepare a salad with chicken fillet.
But what is convenient about this salad, it can be prepared with
Chicken meat - boiled, fried, smoked, pastrami
Meat /pork, beef…/ – boiled, fried, smoked
Sausage - boiled, semi-smoked
Ingredients
350-400 grams - chicken fillet , meat or sausage of your choice
500 grams - canned green peas
500 grams - pickled cucumbers
170 grams - 1 large onion or 2 medium
200 grams - mayonnaise
Black pepper to taste .
Cooking method
Cut the onion into small pieces and pour boiling water over it.
Keep in boiling water for about half a minute, drain the water.
Pour onion with pickled cucumber marinade. Set the onion aside while we prepare the salad.
Cut pickled cucumbers into small pieces.
Add green peas to them.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Drain the marinade from the onion and add the onion to the salad.
Pepper to taste.
We season with mayonnaise. We mix.
Instead of mayonnaise, salad can be seasoned with sour cream. If I dress with sour cream, I add another 1 teaspoon of sweet French mustard to the salad. If the mustard is spicy, then add ¼ tsp.
Salad is ready! It always turns out very tasty, I advise you to cook it!
