There is nothing complicated in making a drink. Flaxseed is used. The number of ingredients is indicated for the preparation of two glasses of drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 st. a spoonful of flaxseed
- 1 cup boiling water
Preparation and application:
- Pour the norm of dry flaxseeds into a thermos.
- To boil water.
