Light and tasty dinner - Chicken fillet with cottage cheese and herbs

Juicy, delicious and not at all greasy!

Ingredients:

chicken fillet - 2 pcs
cottage cheese - 100 g
garlic - 2 cloves
tomato - 1 pc
natural yogurt - 2 tbsp
soy sauce - 1 tbsp
salt, ground black pepper
greens

Cooking:

Mix chopped greens with cottage cheese.

Add yogurt, minced garlic, salt and black pepper.

We make a deep cut in each chicken fillet to form a pocket.

We stuff the fillet with the filling, put the tomato, cut into rings, on top.

Coat each fillet with yogurt and soy sauce.

Wrap the fillet in foil and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes, then open the foil and bake at 180 C for about 10 minutes.
