Lavash with apples and cottage cheese is a delicious dessert that you can take with you for a snack. It is very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
- ground cinnamon 3 pinch
- lavash thin 1 pc.
- walnuts 5 pcs.
- cottage cheese 180 g
- apple 2 pcs.
Cooking:
- For cooking, take thin pita bread, apples, cottage cheese, walnuts and cinnamon.
- Peel 2 apples, grate on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir to evenly distribute cinnamon on all apples. Put the microwave on for 2 minutes. It turns out such melted apples.
- Spread thin pita bread on parchment.
- Cover 2/3 pita bread with an apple.
- Arbitrarily place cottage cheese on top.
- Sprinkle it all over with chopped walnuts.
- This step is optional - you can brush the edge with a beaten egg, or you can not do this.
- Wrap everything neatly into a roll.
