Lavash with apples and cottage cheese is a delicious dessert that you can take with you for a snack. It is very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • ground cinnamon 3 pinch
  • lavash thin 1 pc.
  • walnuts 5 pcs.
  • cottage cheese 180 g
  • apple 2 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. For cooking, take thin pita bread, apples, cottage cheese, walnuts and cinnamon.
  2. Peel 2 apples, grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir to evenly distribute cinnamon on all apples. Put the microwave on for 2 minutes. It turns out such melted apples.
  4. Spread thin pita bread on parchment.
  5. Cover 2/3 pita bread with an apple.
  6. Arbitrarily place cottage cheese on top.
  7. Sprinkle it all over with chopped walnuts.
  8. This step is optional - you can brush the edge with a beaten egg, or you can not do this.
  9. Wrap everything neatly into a roll.
