Chicken fillet "Guess": no one can determine what kind of meat it is

Chicken fillet  "Guess-ka", has such a peculiar taste that everyone takes it for pork tenderloin. To make such a masterpiece is very simple, very fast - and you need a minimum of products. You can serve it as an independent dish, and with any side dish, and with fresh vegetables - in general, decide for yourself here. I really like this meat with vigorous mustard and bread - you will lick your fingers. And with a summer salad of cabbage and cucumbers (bonus recipe) you can immediately serve it on the festive table. The smell of summer, the spicy taste of meat and the aroma of the sun - an amazing combination.

Required Ingredients

  • 600 grams of chicken fillet;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • two thirds of a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • one tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • one teaspoon of corn starch;
  • one tablespoon of wheat flour;
  • three tablespoons of vegetable oil.

For salad:

  • 300 grams of fresh cabbage;
  • two fresh cucumbers;
  • one bell pepper;
  • one stalk of celery;
  • green onions, parsley, dill, cilantro - to taste;
  • salt (I use Himalayan pink)
  • lime juice (lemon or vinegar) - to taste;
  • allspice black pepper;
  • one teaspoon of honey;
  • two tablespoons of olive oil.

How to cook Guess Chicken

  1. We wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into cubes: larger than goulash (about 3 by 3 centimeters).
  2. We shift the breast into a bowl, add salt, soda and cornstarch to it, pour in the lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything well, cover the bowl with cling film, leave the meat at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  4. After this time, mix the meat again and put it on a cutting board, in one layer, lightly sprinkle it with flour on top.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and send our fillet.
  6. Fry the breast over medium heat, until golden brown, not forgetting to stir occasionally. It will take approximately 8-10 minutes in time. There is no need to cover the pan with a lid.
  7. It remains only to make a vegetable salad - and our dinner (breakfast, lunch) is ready.
  8. White cabbage needs to be chopped very thinly: I used a special grater - and put it in a bowl.
  9. Cut the bell pepper into thin long strips and send to the cabbage.
  10. We put there the stalk of celery, cut into rings, and slices of fresh cucumber. To attract the attention of guests and children, you can use a curly knife for cutting.
  11. We put any greens in the salad that we have in the house and which you like. Salt to taste: I use Himalayan salt, which is considered healthier.
  12. Now let's do the filling. Pour olive oil (or any other vegetable oil) into a small bowl, add lime or lemon juice (in extreme cases, you can take vinegar), allspice, black pepper and a little honey.
  13. It remains to mix it, season the salad - and you can serve it on the table.
