Once upon a time, this recipe was given to my mother by a friend from Germany, and it took root with us, and fell in love, and is very popular. It's easy to make and always tastes good. I recommend cooking, cooking is easier than you can imagine.
INGREDIENTS
Kefir - 250 ml.
Sugar -100g.
Egg -1pc.
Flour -240gr.
Baking powder -1 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 pack.
Salt -1/4 tsp
For sprinkling:
Coconut shavings -100g.
Sugar -100-150g.
Cream -200ml.
COOKING METHOD
We measure out 240 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix. Pour 250 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 100 grams of sugar, break 1 egg, mix.
Add vanilla sugar 1 pack and salt ¼ tsp. Mix and add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough, set aside. We take another bowl, put 100 grams of coconut flakes, add 100 or 150 grams of sugar, to your taste and mix.
We take a form from me, the diameter of the form is 24 cm, grease it with butter and pour in the dough, level it. Sprinkle the top with coconut flakes and sugar.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, after 15 minutes I cover the cake with foil so that the coconut does not burn. Readiness is checked with a wooden skewer. As soon as the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, make punctures with a wooden skewer and immediately pour hot cream over 200 ml.
Let the cake cool completely and soak. Now cut into portioned pieces and serve the cake for tea.
