Zucchini in cheese breading

• vegetable marrow
• egg
• hard cheese
• starch
• breadcrumbs
• salt pepper
• dry herbs (basil and tarragon)

Cut the zucchini into chunks.
Whisk the egg with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add a little breadcrumbs, herbs and mix. Roll each piece of zucchini in starch, shake off excess, dip in egg and breaded in cheese.

Bake the zucchini in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
