1. Acetic wraps: take 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar for 1 glass of water. Moisten gauze in vinegar water, put on the stomach, cling film on top. Keep for half an hour.
2. Yeast mask: 20 g of yeast, 5 teaspoons of cream, 5 teaspoons of honey. Mix everything and apply on the skin of the abdomen. The mask nourishes, tightens pores, stimulates blood circulation and improves elasticity.
3. Nettle mask: pour 2 tablespoons of dry nettle with 1 glass of water, boil for 10 minutes. Cool, moisten a layer of gauze in the broth and secure with cling film on the stomach. Keep the mask on for about an hour
