Cutlets are what you need: melted butter with herbs is just delicious.
Recipe:
Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Milk 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Egg 1 pc.
Salt pepper
Onion 1 pc.
Garlic to taste
Batter:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 0.5 teaspoon
Flour 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
Filling:
Greens 40 g
Butter soft 100 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs boiled 2 pcs.
For cutlets:
Pour homemade breadcrumbs with milk.
If you don't have breadcrumbs, soak the bun.
Next: cut the fillet and onion into slices, send them to a blender, add garlic to the onion and fillet and grind everything in a blender until smooth.
Add the egg, soaked crackers / bun to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix everything.
Filling:
We rub the boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater, add soft butter and a little salt, pepper, chopped greens and mix everything.
Batter:
Beat two eggs with a fork, add mayonnaise, flour and baking powder, add a little salt and mix everything, it turns out like a dough.
We form a cutlet:
We take a tablespoon with a hill of minced meat, stretch it into a flat shape, put the filling so that the meat does not stick to our hands, it is better to moisten them with cold water, and form a cutlet in the shape of a triangle, and so we do all the cutlets.
Next: put the pan on the stove on a small fire so that the cutlets do not burn, and the filling is cooked.
Before dipping the cutlet in the batter, put on disposable gloves and dip the cutlet in the batter.
And put on fire, fry until golden brown over low heat, each side. They will look like pancakes.
