Your bra is more than just a holder for your breasts. With a variety of different styles and designs, it is possible to find almost anything today. However, even a perfectly fitting bra can cause chest pain if you wear it incorrectly.
Choose it right
Comfort should be an integral part of choosing underwear. The correct size and model should fit your chest and make you forget about the inconvenience of wearing a bra.
It should never squeeze your chest. Women with a large size should consider choosing wide straps, as thin ones will cut into the skin. It is advisable to be in a bra no more than 7-8 hours a day. If you take it off and notice painful red marks, it means you should either change it or learn how to wear it properly.
Comfortable wearing
When you first try on, adjust the straps all the way and fasten the bra to the middle hook so you have room if your body position changes. Lean forward and place your chest into the cups.
Fasten your bra at the middle clasp and stand up straight. Manually adjust the position of the chest in the cups. Do this so that the cup is completely filled, and the nipples are in the center. While holding the underwire or base of the cups, slightly bend and move the bra from left to right.
Straighten up. In a properly selected model, the chest will fit perfectly into the cups and rise a little. Check if you are comfortable in the underarm area. Press on the underwire or the base of the cups, they should be placed under the bust, not on the chest. The chest in the bra should always be in the center, and the belt should be parallel to the floor. Adjust the length of the straps until you feel comfortable.
Remember that if you put it on correctly, your breasts should be supported by the belt of the bra, and the straps only act as an additional help.
The problem of breast cancer

Therefore, if it is detected early and treated properly, breast cancer can be successfully eradicated. The only thing to remember is to check with your doctor as soon as you feel discomfort in your chest, especially when wearing a bra.
