Remedy for hypertension

DAILY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (500 ml) unshelled raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 liters of unboiled water

COOKING

  1. Rinse the unpeeled seeds well, pour them into a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.
  2. After boiling water, cook the seeds over low heat under a lid for 2 hours.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, strain the broth.

Drink the decoction throughout the day in small portions (100 ml each). The course of treatment is 2 weeks, after which you should take a break for 5 days, and then repeat the course again. If you can not drink the indicated amount of decoction, make half the serving.

Remember that for a stable therapeutic effect, regular intake of the decoction is required. Of course, you should not forget about doctor's prescriptions either!
