Stunningly delicious Korean-style zucchini has never been cooked like that before. An experienced cook shared a secret recipe - everything about everything will take no more than 15 minutes.
And the list of products is the simplest. 400 grams of zucchini, 100 grams of carrots, half of sweet pepper. 3 cloves of garlic, a couple of teaspoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt.
Do not forget about spices - take a special mixture for carrots in Korean. 3 teaspoons of 9% vinegar, a couple of tablespoons of oil, parsley and basil, 30 grams each.
First we make a dressing of oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Here we will pour seasoning for carrots in Korean. While the dressing is infused, prepare the vegetables. Zucchini and everything else is grated. The longer the straw, the better.
It turns out juicy, plentiful and very tasty. This appetizer won't last long!
