Heart attack and water: There is always something we don't know yet...
Information from a cardiologist!
I asked the doctor why people often urinate profusely at night.
Answer from my cardiologist:
Gravity holds water in your lower body when you are upright, usually during the day (legs swell).
When you lie down and the lower part of the body (legs, etc.) is on a level with the kidneys, this is what causes the kidneys to remove water.
This is related to the following statement!
I knew beforehand that we need a minimum of water to help the body flush out toxins from our body. But what I heard was news to me.
CHANGE YOUR WATER TIME… this is very important.!!!!
Information from a cardiologist!
Drinking water at a certain time with maximum efficiency in the body:
2 glasses of water after waking up - contributes to the activation of internal organs;
1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals - aids in digestion;
1 glass of water before taking a bath -- helps to reduce blood pressure;
1 glass of water before going to bed - get rid of stroke or heart attack
May I also add to this... My doctor told me that drinking water at bedtime can prevent nighttime leg cramps. Leg muscles seek hydration when they cramp and wake us up.
The cardiologist is sure that if every person, having received this letter, sends it to 10 more people, probably one life can be saved!
