INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. l. grated ginger
- 1 st. l. coconut oil or jojoba oil
APPLICATION
- Grate the ginger on a fine grater to release the juice.
- Mix with coconut oil or jojoba oil.
- Massage the mixture into the scalp with massage movements.
- Leave on for 30 minutes and wash several times with a mild shampoo.
- Apply the mask once a week.
Mask with ginger and lemon juice
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. l. ginger juice
- 3 art. l. sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients and rub the mixture 3 times a week on the scalp.
Regularly adding ginger juice to a glass of water, juice, tea, milk, to any sweet or savory dish, you saturate the body with vitamins and minerals that nourish the hair.
Fights dandruff
