Ginger and Coconut Oil Mask

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. l. grated ginger
  • 1 st. l. coconut oil or jojoba oil

APPLICATION

  1. Grate the ginger on a fine grater to release the juice.
  2. Mix with coconut oil or jojoba oil.
  3. Massage the mixture into the scalp with massage movements.
  4. Leave on for 30 minutes and wash several times with a mild shampoo.
  5. Apply the mask once a week.

Mask with ginger and lemon juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. l. ginger juice
  • 3 art. l. sesame oil
  • 1.5 tsp lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients and rub the mixture 3 times a week on the scalp.

Regularly adding ginger juice to a glass of water, juice, tea, milk, to any sweet or savory dish, you saturate the body with vitamins and minerals that nourish the hair.

Fights dandruff
