"Caviar" from herring. Very tasty and easy

On the festive table, sandwiches with caviar are always welcome. But if you didn’t have enough of the coveted jar, or you didn’t buy it for other reasons, you shouldn’t deprive your guests of a delicious treat. Just try to cook "caviar" according to this recipe.

For starters, buy a large herring. You can take lightly salted fish, or salt it yourself (it will take 2 days). Clean the herring from bones and skin and cut into small cubes. Butter must first be removed from the refrigerator so that it warms up to room temperature. Boil carrots until tender and set aside. Processed cheese and boiled carrots can be cut into cubes or chopped on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients with soft butter and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Pasta for sandwiches is ready.
