Delicious and hearty breakfast. You can take it with you to work, give your child to school or eat it right away for breakfast. Ready in minutes!

COOKING:

Stuffing first. I open a jar of canned fish (in my own juice or in oil). I have tuna. But you can take any other canned food, of course. I mash the fish with a fork.

Add chopped boiled eggs and grated cheese. I mix.

I spread the filling on a slice of bread. Of course, it crumbles, but nothing needs to be added!

I put tomato slices on the filling. And I cover with a second slice of bread.

Now there are several options. If available, you can use an electric grill. Any waffle iron will work too. But if such devices are not at hand, you can simply dry the sandwich on both sides in a dry frying pan, pressing on top with a spatula. If the frying pan is grilled - perfect))

This is delicious! Slightly sweet bread and a salty filling with a slight sourness from the tomato.

If I take it with me, I wrap it in paper (not in a bag)! I received a lot of comments that “she won’t live until the fifth lesson” ... “the child will get poisoned”, “everything will fall apart, the uniform will be dirty” ... 😕 This is not dinner, this is a snack that is usually eaten before lunch!
