Jelly (I eat and I can't stop)

Ingredients

  • 500 g meat
  • 1-2 legs
  • 1 ear
  • 5 chicken wings
  • Garlic
  • Salt, a mixture of peppercorns, parsley
  • 1-2 bulbs

Steps

Meat and all other parts must be thoroughly washed and cleaned.

Put whatever meat you like (I have pork and chicken).

The more limbs, ears and possibly a tail, the stronger the jelly will harden.

Put everything in a saucepan, add 1-2 onions and pour cold water and put on fire.

As soon as the water boils, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 4 to 6 hours.

Once the meat is cooked, take it out to cool.

In the broth you need to add pepper, bay leaf and salt.

Let it boil for another 20 minutes and add 2-3 large cloves of garlic to the broth.

The meat must be cut and put on plates, pour the broth and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, and preferably at night.
