Armenian lavash gives unlimited space for a stormy culinary activity. How many different goodies modern housewives have learned to cook from it!
We present another original pita appetizer : hot rolls with potatoes and mushrooms. It turns out tasty, fast and satisfying!
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 pcs.
- Potato - 500 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Champignons - 300 g
- Greens - 1 bunch.
- Sunflower oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper (ground) - to taste
Cooking
- Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender.
- While cooking, finely chop the onion, fry for 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil for 3 minutes, add mushrooms, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Puree potatoes using a little potato broth, add mushrooms with onions, chopped herbs and chopped garlic. Bring the filling to the appropriate taste, salt and pepper.
- Put half of the filling on a sheet of pita bread, spread it. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, on top of which you also need to distribute the filling. Roll up. Cut into small pieces about 2 cm wide, fry in hot oil on both sides.
