INGREDIENTS FOR

flour
100 g
powdered sugar
120 g
butter
100 g
egg
2 pcs.
baking powder
3 g
lemons
⅓ pcs.

STEP 1
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. We heat the oil and cool it down. Beat eggs with powdered sugar for 5 minutes until white. Add butter, flour, zest of the third part of the lemon to the eggs. We mix.

STEP 2
Fill the madeleine or cupcake molds 2/3 full with batter. We put to bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 5 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Have a nice day.
