Many housewives underestimate pollock, but in vain - the fish is very tasty and healthy. Let's see what can be prepared from it.
We will need (for 4 servings):
Pollock fillet (fresh or frozen) - 600 gr.;
2 onion heads;
2-3 tomatoes;
cheese - 200 gr.;
mayonnaise - 100 gr.;
spices: salt, pepper, other favorite seasonings - to taste;
greens (dill) - a bunch (optional);
butter - for greasing the mold;
vegetable oil - for frying onions.
If the fish is frozen, then you must first defrost it and squeeze out excess water. Grease a baking dish with butter. Instead of butter, you can lay paper. Fry the onion in half rings in vegetable oil, let it cool. We cut the tomatoes in circles, three cheese on a grater. Finely chop the dill. It is added at will, without it it is also very tasty.
Salt, pepper the fish, add your favorite seasonings (I like suneli hops or basil). We put it in a denser form. The fillet cooks quickly, so you can put it in two layers.
Put the fried onions on top of the fish, and then the tomatoes.
If we love dill, then sprinkle them with tomatoes.
We finish everything with a coat of cheese. If you want a crispy crust, you can add mayonnaise on top of the cheese.
We send the form to preheated to 200 gr. oven for 30-40 minutes.
The preparation of such a dish does not take much time, you can always find the ingredients in the store near the house or in your refrigerator. The fish is very tender and light, perfect for diet food.
