Fantastic breakfast idea for the whole family! I always cook 2 servings, but everything is swept away in one sitting.

Not only delicious, but amazingly delicious!

Ingredients:

  • a pack of cottage cheese (I have 500 grams of homemade cottage cheese);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2-3 tbsp sour cream (homemade);
  • salt to taste (about 1 tsp without a slide);
  • 1 tsp soda (not full without a slide);
  • parsley 5 sprigs (you can dill), (finely chopped);
  • 200 gr mushrooms (champignons).

Cooking:

1. Mix all the ingredients and beat everything with a submersible blender.

2. We put the pan in a water bath, stirring, cook (about 15 minutes), and at this time the mass will melt, become homogeneous (I placed the pan in a pan, having previously drawn water into it).

3. If, even when melted, the mass is not completely homogeneous, you can use the blender again (until mushrooms are added to the cheese !!!!).

4. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until cooked (lightly salt, you can add black pepper).

5. When the curd mass is completely melted, add parsley and fried mushrooms, mix well.

6. Immediately pour into molds (possibly in a glass jar), and always on bread.

7. Let the cheese cool completely, put in the refrigerator.

8. For spice, you can add a couple of cloves of garlic (chopped).

Additions:

1. If there is no homemade fatty sour cream, you can replace it with 70-100 grams of good butter.
2. Such cheese is very tasty not only in sandwiches, it can be added to hot spaghetti (original and tasty).

3. Cheese can be cooked with various additives, it's tasty, healthy and budget friendly!
