Ingredients:
- 2 lemons
- 1 medium sized ginger root
– 500 gr honey
Directions:
Grind the lemon after rinsing it. Peel and cut the ginger. Place these ingredients in a clean 1 liter glass jar. Add honey, but make sure you leave some space at the top. Leave it for one day to release the lemon and ginger juice.
Close the jar and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 months. After this time, the mixture will turn into jelly. If desired, you can use warm water to dilute it.
The recommended daily intake for adults is 2 tablespoons and for children 1-2 teaspoons per day.
