Exotic tea with banana, ginger and orange juice that will warm you up in cold weather

Did you know that tea can be made even with a banana? And if you add a little ginger and orange juice there, you get a real vitamin bomb. Take care of your immunity. Let's make some banana tea.  

Ingredients:

  • water - 500 ml
  • black tea - 2 teaspoons
  • finely grated ginger - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • frozen banana - half
  • ground black pepper - 1 pinch
  • orange juice - 1 pc.

The ingredients are for 3 cups of tea.

How to cook:

Defrost the banana to room temperature first.

Throw grated ginger into boiling water. When it brews after a couple of minutes, pour in the tea.

After 5 minutes, add a banana to the tea, which must first be kneaded, pepper and orange juice.
