The effective two exercises that I recommend to you today for inclusion in your home exercise complex have been undeservedly forgotten by me. The execution technique is quite simple. Therefore, they can be performed at any, even elegant age.
These two exercises, by forcing the muscles of the abs, back and buttocks to work, will help to quickly tighten a bulging stomach, reduce the waist and strengthen the buttocks.
IMPORTANT! Exercises can not be performed by people with problem joints and lower back!
Exercise 1
1. Starting position - kneeling on the floor, arms pressed to the body.
2. Exhale as you tilt your body back as far as possible. The muscles of the back, abdomen and buttocks should be tense.
Hold for 3-5 seconds, return to starting position, inhale and relax. Repeat as many times as you can.
Exercise 2
1. Starting position - kneeling, arms crossed in front of you.
2. As you exhale, tilt your body forward as far as possible. The muscles of the back, abdomen and buttocks should be tense.
Hold for 3-5 seconds, return to the starting position, inhale and relax. Repeat as many times as you can.
Any exercise will be effective and give tangible results, only with conscientious and regular performance.
