Cooking:
1. Meat and lard must be cut into small pieces.
2. After that, beat the eggs well with pepper, salt, garlic and other spices. Add 3-4 tablespoons of starch to the egg mass and mix with chopped meat.
3. Put the minced meat in foil, tightly closing all edges, and cook for an hour in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
