Ingredients

-1 liter of milk

-1 tbsp salt

-200-300 g of sour cream

-3 eggs

Cooking

We put the milk to boil, salting it.

At this time, beat sour cream with eggs.

As soon as the milk boils, add the sour cream mixture and boil, stirring, for about 5
minutes.

As soon as the mass is separated from the whey, we discard this mass into
a strainer. (If there is no nylon sieve, gauze can be used).

Let the liquid drain completely.

After a few hours you can eat!

If you add a little turmeric, the cheese will turn yellow.
You can also experiment with adding herbs (like dill) and less
salt.
