Thanks because this product will be included in every food ration - we will not feel hungry during the day.

Each main meal should have one boiled egg.
Also, in addition to this, chicken breast, boiled beef, low-fat kefir and various vegetable salads are welcome on the menu. Snacks can be allowed to eat any one citrus fruit or drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice made from them.

According to nutritionists: such fruits go very well with the egg diet and help you lose weight faster, while not harming the body.
For example, in the morning meal, you can eat one chicken egg and an unlimited amount of Beijing cabbage salad seasoned with lemon juice. At the same time, it must be without salt and without any additives.

For lunch, you can afford to eat a piece of leg without skin and without fat, as well as one chicken egg.
In the evening main meal, our food will be very light. We will drink a glass of fat-free kefir and not a single chicken egg.

Between breakfast and lunch, that is, during lunch, you can afford to eat one orange during a snack. For an afternoon snack, you can diversify your menu with one tangerine. And in the evening, a glass of grapefruit juice is very good.
