“Garlic bread is the future. I have tasted it."

Peter Kay, British comedian.

Hello, dear readers of the channel "Just with Maria"! Greetings to my regular subscribers, as well as all those who looked at me for the first time!

There is hardly a person who does not like hot, fragrant, crispy bread.

In one of my previous publications, I shared with you a recipe for a hearty quick snack based on a simple loaf.

Photo from an article dated 06/06/2019. I will leave a link to the recipe at the end of the publication.

Today I want to bring to your attention another simple recipe, the basis of which is also a regular loaf.

Once I saw this recipe on the Internet, I did not take it seriously.

But when I finally decided to try to bring it to life, my delight knew no bounds: bread can only be tastier in a bakery, and even that is in question! Prepare fragrant garlic bread and see for yourself!

So, for cooking we need:

loaf - 1 pc
Butter - 100 g
Cheese (I have "Dutch") - 100 g
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Greens (I have dill and parsley) - a small bunch
Italian herbs - to taste

Do not forget to subscribe to the channel "Just with Maria" - there are a lot of new and interesting things ahead!

Let's start cooking.

We rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Add softened butter.

Finely chopped greens, garlic, Italian herbs.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients until smooth.

We make deep cuts over the entire surface of the loaf without cutting it to the end.

We fill the cuts with cheese mass.

Wrap the banana in foil.

We send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.

After the specified time, open the foil and keep the loaf in the oven for another 5 minutes.

In the process of baking, the indescribable aroma of hot bread soaked in a mixture of garlic, cheese and herbs hovers in the kitchen! It's easy, fast and very tasty!

Carefully take the baguette out of the oven.

Serve hot: with tea or as an addition to the main course.

Bon appetit!
