When there is no time to carry with exhaust dough, such recipes help out a lot. The strudel turns out very tasty, and the minimum amount of time takes you.
Lazy strudel with apples in lavash
- Peel a kilo of apples , remove the core and chop finely.
- Add the juice of half a lemon to the apples.
- Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan.
- Add a tablespoon of sugar.
- Mix everything and add apples .
- Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon, if desired.
- Simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates and the apples soften.
Turn on the oven to 190 degrees.
- Spread thin pita bread .
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs in the middle.
- Put the filling on the middle third, leaving free 5 cm around the edges.
- Roll the roll tightly, closing the edges inwards.
- Put the strudel in a form, previously covered with parchment.
- Drizzle pita bread with heavy cream.
- You can spread it with fat sour cream or melted butter.
- Sprinkle sugar on top and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until browned.
