Zucchini sandwich spread - this yummy will conquer everyone

Today we have zucchini sandwich spread: fragrant, tender and juicy summer snack.

It will take a minimum of food, effort and time - and the resulting yummy is amazing.

This dish constantly helps me out when I need a quick bite to eat or take a snack with me to nature: so that there is something to keep the household busy while the barbecue is fried.

Ingredients:

  • two small zucchini (about 500 grams);
  • two tablespoons of sour cream;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 150 grams of cheese;
  • one bunch of dill (take to taste);
  • 20 grams of walnuts;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • salt - to taste;
  • toast.

Cooking:

  1. We wash two small young zucchini thoroughly and cut into small cubes. I didn’t peel them, but you decide for yourself. We put the pan on the stove and pour a small amount of vegetable oil into it (I have fragrant homemade oil with herbs).
  2. After the oil becomes hot, pour the zucchini and fry them over medium heat, stirring constantly, until fully cooked. Advice. I do not salt the zucchini, because there is enough salt contained in the cheese. You are guided by your own taste.
  3. Remove vegetables from heat, transfer to a bowl and let cool completely. Then we send garlic cloves, passed through a press, a small bunch of greens (I have chopped dill), sour cream to the zucchini.
  4. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Grind the peeled walnuts, combine with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well, and then interrupt until smooth with an immersion blender.

A sandwich spread from zucchini helps our family more than once in the summer: both when you need a quick bite to eat, and when we are going to nature.

Be sure to try: such a light and tender yummy has not left anyone indifferent. It remains only to spread it on croutons or slices of bread - and you can serve it on the table.

Bon appetit!
