Mastering breathing is quite simple, just try a few times. Take the initial position: put your feet 30-35 centimeters apart, rest your palms on two and a half centimeters above your knees - you will look like you are going to sit down.

Having gathered your lips into a tube, slowly exhale all the air. Breathe in quickly through your nose. Exhale with your mouth wide open, all the air to the point of failure. Close your mouth and draw your stomach in as much as possible. This is an extremely useful exercise - in addition to exercising the abdominal muscles and tightening the skin, there is also an internal massage of the stomach .

After a few sessions, you will notice how your digestion has improved! After holding your breath and performing the desired posture, relax and inhale the air, feel how it filled your lungs.

5 basic body flex poses

All poses are performed at the fourth stage of breathing - when the stomach is drawn in. Each exercise must be repeated 4 times.

  1. Chest
    Stand with a straight back, feet at shoulder level.
    Press your palms together at chest level and turn inward. Hold your hands in this position for 8 counts, making sure that there is a straight line from elbow to elbow. Feel the tension in your hands. The pose strengthens the muscles of the back, chest, arms.
  2. Abdominal muscles
    Sit with a straight back, stretch your arms forward, keep your legs bent shoulder-width apart.
    Holding your breath, gradually lean back to the maximum possible point. Do not take your feet off the floor, keep your back straight.
    During the exercise, you need to feel how the abdominal muscles work.
  3. Inner thighs
    Sit with a straight back, feet pressed together and pulled as close to you as possible. Hold on to your ankles, place your elbows on your knees. Holding your breath, slowly bend down, pressing your legs to the floor as much as possible. Exercise works very well on the problem areas of female legs.
  4. Stretching
    Legs straighten, press to each other in a sitting position with a flat back.
    Holding your breath, lower yourself down, trying to reach your hips with your stomach. Great way to stretch your hamstrings!
  5. Buttocks
    Place one foot on top of the other so that its toe is on the knee of the pressed leg.
    Without lifting your buttocks from the floor, slowly stretch forward.
